Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Perishable goods (fresh groceries, food items) are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable and consumable products
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our contact page.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
